GoSmokies spring hike is April 30 in Cosby

Join Great Smoky Mountains enthusiasts on April 30 for the spring GoSmokies hike.

The spring GoSmokies hike will start at the Cosby Campground in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Sunday, April 30. GoSmokies is an online community, sponsored by the News Sentinel, at gosmokies.knoxnews.com.

GoSmokies online community members will gather at 9:30 a.m. at the campground pavilion. Mike Maples will lead the group on a 4.4 mile round trip trek to HenWallow Falls, which will include some off-trail trekking.
